At Nutriyork (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Company”), we take pride in the quality, safety, and bioavailability of our health supplements. Because our products are health consumables and nutraceuticals, our return and refund guidelines are strictly governed by hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

- Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We accept requests for replacements or refunds only under the following verified conditions:
- Damaged or Leaking Products: The physical bottle, tub, or outer container arrived damaged, cracked, or leaking upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: The product delivered does not match the item listed in your order invoice.
- Expired Products: The product delivered has passed its shelf-life or expiry date upon arrival.
- Missing Items: One or more items from your ordered bundle or quantity are missing from the parcel.
- Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions
To uphold product safety and consumer health standards, returns or refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Opened Safety Seals: Once the protective safety seal, cap, or foil of a bottle is opened, broken, or tampered with, the product is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Personal Preference & Habit Changes: Requests based on personal taste preferences, aroma, flavor, or a change of mind post-delivery are not eligible for return.
- Delayed Reporting: Requests submitted after the 48-hour reporting window from the time of delivery will not be entertained.
- Improper Storage: Damage resulting from exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, moisture, or improper storage after delivery.
- Mandatory Reporting Process (Unboxing Video Requirement)
To claim a replacement or refund for damaged, missing, or incorrect items, you must follow this mandatory verification procedure:
- Submit Request Within 48 Hours: Contact our customer care team via email at [Insert Support Email] or via WhatsApp at [Insert Phone Number] within 48 hours of parcel delivery.
- Provide Order Information: Mention your Order ID, full name, registered phone number, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: Attach a clear, unedited unboxing video and photos clearly showing:
- The unopened outer shipping box with the shipping label intact.
- The process of opening the parcel and inspecting the damaged/incorrect bottle inside.
Note: Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video or reported after 48 hours will be rejected.
- Replacement & Reverse Pickup
- Verification: Once your claim is inspected and approved by our quality control team, we will initiate a reverse pickup of the damaged/incorrect product through our logistics partners at zero cost to you.
- Dispatch of Replacement: A fresh replacement unit will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours following verification approval.
- Unserviceable Pin Codes: If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pincode, our support team will guide you on sending the product back to our warehouse, and verified return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
- Refund Approval & Processing Timelines
In cases where a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability or product discontinuation:
- Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original source payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, approved refunds will be transferred via UPI or bank account transfer. You will be requested to provide verified bank account details upon claim approval.
