Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the processing, dispatch, logistics, and delivery of orders placed through the Nutriyork platform (“Platform”), operated by the Company (“Nutriyork,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order on the Platform, the customer (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be bound by the terms, obligations, and operational conditions set forth below.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch Protocols

• Fulfillment Window: All confirmed orders are subject to internal verification, inventory checks, and packing prior to dispatch. Standard order processing and dispatch shall occur within 24 to 48 working hours following order confirmation, excluding Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
  
  
• Daily Order Cut-Off: Orders successfully placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working business day shall be prioritized for processing on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST shall enter the processing queue on the subsequent working business day.
  
  
• Force Majeure and Processing Delays: Nutriyork reserves the right to extend processing windows without prior liability in the event of unexpected supply chain disruptions, technical glitches, or high-volume promotional surges.

2. Shipping Charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• Applicable Shipping Fees: Freight, handling, and delivery charges applicable to any order shall be calculated, itemized, and explicitly displayed to the Buyer at checkout prior to final payment authorization.
  
  
• Prepaid Orders: Delivery fees for prepaid transactions shall be governed by the applicable logistics rates displayed on the checkout screen at the time of purchase.
  
  
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Transactions: Where COD services are requested and available for the Buyer’s designated pincode, Nutriyork reserves the right to levy a non-refundable COD processing fee to cover third-party courier collection and cash-handling charges. Such fees shall be explicitly itemized during order finalization.
  
  
• Non-Refundable Logistics Fees: Once a package has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility, any shipping, handling, or COD convenience fees paid by the Buyer are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines and Service Coverage

Delivery services across pan-India are executed through independent third-party logistics and courier providers (“Logistics Partners”). The delivery timeframes outlined below represent non-binding estimates based on operational averages:

• Metropolitan Regions: 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 Urban Locations: 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
• Special Service and Remote Zones: 7 to 10 business days post-dispatch.

Disclaimer of Transit Liability: The delivery timeframes stated above are advisory estimates only. Nutriyork shall not be held liable for transit delays, route diversions, or delivery failures resulting from weather anomalies, natural disasters, regulatory restrictions, local administrative lockouts, vehicular breakdowns, or third-party courier operational defaults.

4. Shipment Tracking and Passage of Risk

• Tracking Issuance: Upon consignment handover to the Logistics Partner, an automated dispatch notice containing a tracking identification number and tracking portal link shall be generated and transmitted to the contact details provided by the Buyer.
  
  
• Passage of Transit Risk: Risk of loss, damage, or delay during transit is managed in coordination with our contracted Logistics Partners. Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon verified physical delivery of the parcel to the designated delivery address.

5. Delivery Obligations, Failed Attempts, and Unclaimed Consignments

• Delivery Attempts: The Logistics Partner shall make a maximum of three (3) consecutive attempts to deliver the parcel to the shipping address specified by the Buyer.
  
  
• Buyer Responsibilities: The Buyer is strictly obligated to ensure that complete, accurate shipping details (including landmark, pin code, and active contact numbers) are provided at checkout and that an authorized recipient is available to receive the shipment.
  
  
• Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is rendered undeliverable and returned to our warehouse due to incomplete address details, inaccurate pin codes, or persistent recipient unavailability, the order shall be classified as a “Return to Origin” (RTO). Re-dispatch of RTO shipments shall be executed solely upon payment of fresh return-and-forward freight charges by the Buyer.

6. Inspection of External Packaging upon Receipt

• Refusal of Tampered Consignments: The Buyer or authorized recipient is advised to visually inspect the external shipping container prior to accepting delivery. If the outer box or courier pouch exhibits severe structural damage, torn seals, or signs of tampering, the recipient must refuse to accept delivery from the courier personnel.
  
  
• Immediate Reporting Obligation: In the event of delivery refusal due to external tampering, the Buyer must notify Nutriyork Customer Support within 24 hours of the attempt, citing the Order ID and supporting photos/evidence.

7. Non-Receipt Claims for Marked “Delivered” Packages

• Verification Obligation: If a tracking portal reflects a “Delivered” status but the Buyer claims non-receipt, the Buyer must first verify with household members, building security desks, or neighborhood reception points.
  
  
• Strict Reporting Window: Formal non-receipt claims must be lodged with Nutriyork within 48 hours of the timestamp on the delivery notification. Claims submitted beyond this 48-hour window shall be deemed invalid, and Nutriyork shall have no liability to conduct investigations or issue replacements for stale non-receipt claims.
