Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy governs the terms, conditions, and procedures under which an order placed on the Nutriyork platform (“Platform”), operated by the Company (“Nutriyork,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), may be canceled by either the customer (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”) or the Company. By placing an order on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the operational and legal terms set forth herein.
- Customer-Initiated Order Cancellations Prior to Dispatch
- Permissible Cancellation Window: The Buyer retains the right to cancel an order without penalty prior to the order entering the fulfillment, packaging, or courier assignment phase.
- Cancellation Request Protocol: To execute a cancellation, the Buyer must initiate the request within two (2) hours of placing the order via the “My Orders” portal on the Platform, or by transmitting an urgent written notice to [Insert Support Email] or [Insert Phone Number] with the subject line “URGENT: Order Cancellation Request – [Order ID]”.
- Pre-Dispatch Refund Protocol: Upon successful verification that the consignment has not been packed or handed over to the contracted logistics provider, Nutriyork shall process a full refund of the purchase price to the Buyer’s original payment instrument within 5 to 7 business days.
- Irrevocability of Post-Dispatch Orders and Doorstep Refusals
- Irrevocability Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been packed, assigned a unique shipping identification/tracking number, or handed over to a third-party logistics provider, the order cannot be canceled through customer support channels.
- Refusal of Delivery for Prepaid Orders: If a Buyer refuses delivery of a prepaid shipment at the doorstep without prior legal authorization or verified evidence of physical package damage:
- The consignment shall be classified as a “Return to Origin” (RTO).
- Nutriyork reserves the right to deduct all actual forward freight, return freight, and incurred administrative restocking expenses from the final refund amount. The remaining balance shall be refunded upon physical receipt and verification of the untampered parcel at our central warehouse.
- Refusal of Delivery for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If a Buyer unjustifiably refuses delivery of a COD shipment at the doorstep, Nutriyork reserves the right to permanently revoke COD payment privileges for that customer account on all future transactions across the Platform.
- Absolute Right of Cancellation by Nutriyork
Nutriyork explicitly reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability for damages or compensation, to cancel any accepted order at any time prior to physical delivery under the following circumstances:
- Stock Deficits & Manufacturing Delays: Unforeseen inventory depletion, batch quality control holds, or raw material shortages affecting specific bioactive formulations.
- Inaccurate or Unserviceable Delivery Information: Incomplete shipping addresses, incorrect pin codes, or delivery locations rendered unserviceable by our logistics partners.
- Fraud Prevention & Security Flags: Orders flagged by automated fraud monitoring tools, payment gateway risk protocols, or suspicious transaction indicators.
- Pricing & Typographical Errors: Technical glitches, database corruptions, or inadvertent errors resulting in inaccurate product pricing, incorrect promotional discounts, or erroneous product specifications displayed on the Platform.
Notification & Full Refund: In the event of a cancellation initiated by Nutriyork, the Buyer shall be notified immediately via email or SMS, and any prepaid funds collected for the canceled order shall be refunded in full to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days.
- Refund Execution and Settlement Terms
- Payment Method Alignment: All approved refunds arising from valid pre-dispatch cancellations shall be processed strictly through the original payment gateway or source bank account utilized during the transaction.
- COD Refund Protocol: For COD orders canceled or returned under approved conditions, refunds shall be executed exclusively via electronic bank transfer or UPI upon receipt of verified account details from the Buyer.
- Store Credit Option: At the Buyer’s explicit written request, approved refunds may be issued as non-transferable Nutriyork Store Credits or promotional vouchers for immediate redemption on the Platform.
